Cole Decker, a Mississippi singer-songwriter living in Montana has a unique blend of writing and singing styles. His fusion of traditional country and southern rock has drawn comparisons akin to Chris Stapleton, Whiskey Myers, and 49 Winchester.

Starting piano at a young age, Cole later picked up the guitar in college. He has played live shows for around six years and has been support for Frank Foster, Parker McCollum, and Red Shahan. Now in Bozeman, Montana, he performs as a solo act and with his band around the area.

Known for his honest and gritty writing style, Cole’s new album, “Starting Fires On A Dare,” features all original tracks like “Fifty-fifty” and “Nothing But A Plan.” He considers this album a profoundly personal collection of songs ranging from heartbreaks and homelessness to dating apps and remembering his childhood.
